Dear Real Estate Professional,

Doctors are in the service business, much like real estate agents. Doctors have to have appointments daily, meet with new patients (i.e. your clients), and are surrounded by a team to run their operation successfully.

Helping agents get in the mindset of being the Doctor is so essential, I have made it part of my 11 Rules of Real Estate Marketing Success. It's in my rules because I would like agents to realize that they too can get the same respect as a Doctor and get the Income as well!

Now, you may be thinking, "sounds great, but I can't higher a head nurse right now" and that's ok. I want you to start thinking like the Doctor and get into the mindset of only doing the most challenging and profitable work and delegating everything else.

Many of these tasks (like showing properties, transaction coordinating, etc) can be paid when you close a transaction, so there is no excuse of saying "I can't afford it".

The bottom line is, much like the Doctor, when you concentrate on completing the aspects of real estate that make the most money, you end up making more money!

Stop trying to be the receptionist, head nurse, and the Doctor at the same time. Just be the Doctor, be more direct, and start making more money.
