Refund Policy

For products ordered online through the website and where indicated there is “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. Products that carry this guarantee can be found at http://www.therealestatesuccessprogram.com/products.shtml.
Products must be returned in like new condition and TJJ & Associates reserves the right to deduct additional cost to replace product or bring product to new condition should it not be returned in saleable condition. Product must arrive at 6621 E Pacific Hwy #150, Long Beach, CA 90803 within 30 days from the date of the ship date of the product in order to qualify for the return.

Refund\Policy From Seminar Sales

TJJ & Associates conducts, as part of business operations, live event seminars. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to sales conducted at these live events. Cancellation of any services offered at these live events must be conducted in writing and faxed to 310-861-8662 within 24 hours of the start date and time of the event.

Client must indicate their request for a refund on the fax communication. E-mail, call, or any other form of communication other than fax will not be sufficient for cancellation of contract.

Should client only make a partial, incomplete, or less than full payment at a seminar for a product, service, or other product TJJ & Associates reserves the right to pursue the entire amount owed and due TJJ & Associates.

Should client pursue relief from credit card company, bank, or other mechanism TJJ & Associates reserves the right to seek compensation from time, legal fees, and expenses due in clarification of money owed as a result of order placed at live event.

Recurring Programs & Continuity Programs Refund Policy 

Certain products offered by TJJ & Associates provide the purchaser with a free 30 day trial in our 365 Success Program, Coaching Program, or training program. The purchaser has 30 days to cancel this free trial. 

Should the client request cancellation after their 30 day trial has occurred dated from the day the date of their purchase no refund can be granted however they will receive an additional 30 days of access at no charge to the client. 

Cancellation can be conducted via e-mail at toddbatessystems.zendesk.com/ or fax at 310-861-8662. E-mail requests for cancelation or refund for any other products other than recurring does not apply unless otherwise indicated.

Additional Terms and Guarantees

Should you have attended a live event where you enrolled in our top level coaching program and were communicated the $30,000 Guarantee, the terms and qualifications are listed below.

$30,000 Money Back Guarantee

We guarantee that if you operate our top level system that you will make no less than $30,000 in the next 12 months than you would have without the system.

To help you get the most out of your system and guarantee success we only ask that you follow three simple rules.
The terms of the guarantee take place from 12 months from the date that your system’s pay per click is activated (within 7 days of the complete delivery of your system).

1. Your Google pay per click and GetResponse e-mail follow-up is operated for the entire 12 months and never is deactivated, paused, delayed, or has any interruption for any reason (it cannot be paused for vacation, lack of funds, or any other reason).
2. All leads are called back within 30 minutes of being received into the system.

At the end of the 12 months you agree to provide the Real Estate Success Program documented proof that the rules were followed for 12 consecutive months.
